Where South Florida meets the South of France with internationally acclaimed Argentine-Italian Chef Mauro Colagreco.

The menus are inspired by Colagreco’s Mediterranean spirit and multicultural background and are centered on live fire cooking with a stone hearth oven, yakitori grill and “à la broche,” a spit-roasting technique. Expect intuitive, "earth-conscious" offerings that incorporate botanicals and herbs native to both Palm Beach and the French Riviera - with produce from the resort’s own garden.
