Culinary Relief Fund

From May 20th - June 2nd, Cinco Jotas donated 20% of online sales from to support the intensely-suffering culinary community during the Covid-19 crisis.

Thanks for supporting chef Greg Baxtrom's extended community

Chef Greg will donate the funds to the small local farmers, butchers, fisherman and other vendors that they worked with for so many years. These small businesses are a critical piece of the food chain in NYC and are also struggling in the wake of this pandemic.

About Greg Baxtrom

Greg has spent the past decade working in some of the world's most exciting kitchens before he opened Olmsted in May 2016. At this neighborhood restaurant, Baxtrom pulls from his experience and training, and fuses that with his respect for agriculture, to create a vegetable-heavy menu which is inspired by nature’s bounty all around.

Chef Greg Baxtrom’s Brooklyn-based restaurant is Olmsted.
